FNMLLC Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of FNMLLC’s website and services. By submitting a request form or engaging with FNMLLC, you agree to these terms. FNMLLC reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years or older.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Requests

Clients may request services through dedicated forms for Consulting, Transportation, and Lawn Care.
FNMLLC will review each request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Submission of a form does not guarantee service until confirmed by FNMLLC.

4. Payments

Quick Summary: Payment is due within 15 days of job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms (Virginia Compliant):

Invoices for all FNMLLC services will be issued through Bill.com.
Payment is due within 15 days of job completion, which extends beyond the 7‑day grace period required under Virginia law (§ 6.2‑400).
At FNMLLC’s discretion, certain clients may be granted up to 30 days to complete payment on a case‑by‑case basis.
Accepted forms of payment include check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Bill.com’s supported payment methods.
A late fee of up to 5% of the overdue balance will be applied if payment is not received within the agreed period.
Additional late fees of up to 5% may be assessed every 14 days thereafter until the balance is paid in full.
FNMLLC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on scope, distance, or property size.

5. Changes to Services

FNMLLC may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
Scheduling is subject to availability and external factors (e.g., weather, traffic).

6. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond agreed scope.
FNMLLC is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or circumstances beyond its control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., addresses, service details).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on FNMLLC’s website are protected.
FNMLLC’s logo is pending registered trademark as of November 21, 2025.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or misuse FNMLLC’s logos, workflows, or documentation.
Unauthorized use of FNMLLC’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension / Cancellation

FNMLLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel client requests if terms are violated.
Clients may cancel requests by contacting FNMLLC directly. Cancellation fees may apply.
This section applies to client service requests only and does not alter or supersede any separate referral agreements entered into by FNMLLC.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved under Virginia jurisdiction.
