Service Modifications: FNM Investment Partners Company may update, modify, or cancel services at its discretion.
Service Disclaimer: All services are provided "as is." FNM Investment Partners Company is not liable for delays or circumstances beyond its control.
Branding & Trademark Notice: The FNM Investment Partners Company logo is pending trademark registration as of November 21, 2025. Unauthorized use of branding, materials, or intellectual property is prohibited.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies apply to client service requests only and do not affect separate referral agreements.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

FNM Investment Partners Company — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of FNM Investment Partners Company’s website and services. By submitting a request form or engaging with FNM Investment Partners Company or any of its divisions, you agree to these terms. FNM Investment Partners Company reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years or older.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Requests

Clients may request services through dedicated forms for Consulting, Equipment Rental, and Lawn Care.
FNM Investment Partners Company will review each request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Submission of a form does not guarantee service until confirmed by FNM Investment Partners Company or the appropriate division.

4. Payments

Quick Summary: Payment is due within 15 days of job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms (Virginia Compliant)

Invoices for all FNM Investment Partners Company services are issued through Bill.com..
Payment is due within 15 days of job completion, exceeding the 7‑day grace period required under Virginia law (§ 6.2‑400).
At the company's discretion, specific clients may be granted up to 30 days to complete payment on a case‑by‑case basis.
Accepted payment methods include check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Bill.com.
A late fee of up to 5% of the overdue balance may be applied if payment is not received within the agreed period.
Additional late fees of up to 5% per 14-day period may be assessed until the balance is paid in full.
FNM Investment Partners Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on scope, distance, or property size.

5. Changes to Services

FNM Investment Partners Company may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
Scheduling is subject to availability and external factors such as weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond the company’s control.

6. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond the agreed scope of work.
FNM Investment Partners Company is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or circumstances beyond its control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including addresses, access details, and service requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on FNM Investment Partners Company’s website are protected.
The company’s logo is pending registered trademark as of November 21, 2025.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or misuse FNM Investment Partners Company’s logos, workflows, documentation, or proprietary materials.
Unauthorized use of the company’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension / Cancellation

FNM Investment Partners Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel client requests if terms are violated.
Clients may cancel requests by contacting FNM Investment Partners Company directly. Cancellation fees may apply.
This section applies to client service requests only and does not alter or supersede any separate referral agreements entered into by FNM Investment Partners Company.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved under Virginia jurisdiction.
